Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced geoscientist to lead subsurface modelling and reservoir evaluation. You will integrate geological and geophysical data, build Petrel-based models, and support field development planning.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Geology or Geophysics and 15+ years of exploration geology experience, with advanced skills in Petrel/Geomodelling and structural and sedimentology concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sciences (Geology/Geophysics) required.
• 15+ years of exploration geology experience and maturation.
• Proficiency in Petrel and geomodelling tools essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define data collection parameters for analysis and modelling.
• Design complex studies to identify new prospects and play concepts.
• Appraise subsurface models for accuracy and integrity.
• Review drilling, logging, coring and well testing programs for development wells.
• Integrate geological data and carry out reservoir geo-modelling studies.
• Generate subsurface models to aid reservoir description and planning.
• Perform uncertainty analyses and support dynamic simulation readiness.
• Support well planning and evaluation of results using Petrel.
