Job summary

ADNOC invites a Senior Reservoir Engineer to join the Subsurface/ Reservoir Engineering team in Abu Dhabi. You will review field development plans, run reservoir modeling and simulation, and advise on software selection to meet ADNOC standards.

The role requires deep expertise with Eclipse, VIP, Petrel, RMS and PVT tools, plus the ability to coordinate with Group Companies and external partners to deliver integrated field development studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Reservoir Engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years of experience in subsurface Reservoir Engineering.
• Experience with Eclipse/VIP, Petrel/RMS, MBAL/Prosper and PVT software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor field development plan related studies for quality and alignment with ADNOC standards.
• Advise on reservoir modeling, simulation and software evaluation for cost effectiveness.
• Provide hands‑on support for reservoir studies and projects.
• Review reservoir study reports and recommend improvement actions.
• Collaborate with Group Companies, stakeholders and service providers as ADNOC representative.
• Maintain a multidisciplinary approach and contribute to knowledge standards and training.
