Job summary

The ideal candidate will develop dashboards, standardize reporting definitions, and collaborate across Finance, Operations, Risk, and Tech to ensure data quality and timely reports.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in management reporting and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends, variances, risks, and performance drivers.
• Experience with dashboards and executive reporting packs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and delivery of recurring management, financial, operational, and performance reports.
• Develop dashboards and executive scorecards for key indicators.
• Establish reporting calendars and submission requirements.
• Validate reporting submissions for completeness and accuracy.
• Improve reporting processes through automation and standardization.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
