Job summary

Masdar is seeking a subject matter expert to lead financing work streams for renewable energy and green hydrogen projects. You will build and review complex financial models, perform analyses, explain results to stakeholders, and collaborate across internal departments and external lenders.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master degree from a top-tier institution preferred.
• GPA 3.5+ or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial modelling and/or project financing.

Responsibilities

• Construct, maintain and operate complex financial models per guidelines.
• Conduct financial analysis and perform quality reviews as required.
• Explain financial model and analysis to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with commercial, technical, legal, tax and other teams and external lenders.
• Support Masdar's banking relationships and treasury operations.
• Assist in risk management and training to develop internal capabilities.
• Manage SLAs with service providers and negotiate favorable deals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of policies and procedures.
