Job summary
TotalEnergies in Dubai seeks a Finance/Economics professional to support the Economics Team for renewable energy projects across the Middle East. You will devote ~70% of your time to financial modelling and project analysis, and ~30% to project economics, long-term planning, and budgeting support.
Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Finance/Economics (or Engineering with finance exposure), have initial modelling/analysis experience, and are proficient in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; English is
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance or Economics required or engineering with finance exposure.
- Initial experience in financial modelling or financial analysis via internships or roles.
- Proficient in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; VBA is a plus; English at least C1; French expected.
Responsibilities
- Building and updating financial models for renewable energy projects
- Performing sensitivity analyses and developing economic scenarios
- Collecting and consolidating assumptions from project teams
- Reviewing financial models for consistency and reliability
- Analyzing financial results and providing recommendations
- Preparing presentations for decision-making committees
- Supporting Business Development and Structured Finance teams
- Participating in budgeting and long-term planning exercises
- Contributing to continuous improvement of financial models and best practices
