Job summary

Tiger Recruitment is seeking an experienced Event Producer to join our growing international business, delivering high-profile B2B conferences from planning through to on-site execution. This remote role offers standard hours (9am–5pm) and a salary in the £40–50k range.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event production, corporate events, conferences or exhibitions.
• Proven experience managing large-scale events from planning through to post-event delivery.
• Strong project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to stay proactive and solve problems under pressure.
• Familiar with event management software, AV production and event technology.
• Commercial awareness with understanding of the B2B events industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of high-profile conferences and executive events.
• Coordinate venues, suppliers, production schedules and stakeholder management-related logistics.
• Work closely with marketing, operations and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery.
• Develop and manage event timelines with milestones and deadlines.
• Oversee event content, including keynote sessions, panels and speaker logistics.
• Manage event budgets and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Build strong relationships with external suppliers and partners to maintain high service standards.
• Provide on-site event support and resolve any issues for a seamless delegate experience.
• Review event performance and identify opportunities to enhance future events.
