Commercial Bank International seeks a seasoned Regulatory Compliance professional to lead liaison with the UAE Central Bank, oversee ongoing reporting, examinations, and FATCA/CRS obligations. The role ensures regulatory alignment, develops training materials, and supports governance committees.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to operate independently within a collaborative team are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• ACAMS and/or CFCS certifications or other AML/compliance qualifications from a recognized body are advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years in a banking/financial institution with at least 3 years in Regulatory Compliance or similar.

Responsabilités

• Be the lead liaison with the Central Bank and relevant authorities for correspondence, approvals, and returns.
• Assist with ongoing reporting to the CBUAE via portals (IEMS, CIR, Licensing Portal).
• Support regulatory examinations, inspections, or requests.
• Perform targeted assurance reviews per the Compliance Plan, including fieldwork and report drafting.
• Maintain regulatory correspondence and follow-ups with stakeholders, coordinating with Head of Regulatory Compliance.
