Job summary

Manpower Middle East is seeking a Regulatory Associate for a leading multinational in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector in Dubai. You will support registrations, license maintenance, and regulatory submissions across the Gulf region.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related science, demonstrates strong regulatory knowledge with attention to detail, and can manage multiple tasks. Fluent English and Arabic are required.

Responsibilities

Support new product registrations, line extensions, and indications submissions.
Execute license maintenance activities including renewals and labeling updates.
Prepare and compile regulatory dossiers compliant with local regulations.
Maintain regulatory systems, archives, and documentation for audit readiness.
Follow up with health authorities, distributors, and internal stakeholders to secure timely approvals.
Assist with labeling activities and regulatory compliance initiatives.
