Job summary

Decision Management Consultants LLC is recruiting a Regulatory Associate (Pharma) for a leading pharmaceutical company in Dubai. The role supports regulatory submissions, labeling, and document control to ensure compliance with local health authorities.

The candidate will work with cross-functional teams, manage regulatory databases, and contribute to lifecycle management of products. A life sciences degree and 3–4 years' relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary Science, or Life Sciences.
• 3–4 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or Quality Assurance with exposure to international or local regulatory environments.
• Proven project management experience within the pharmaceutical industry or a regulatory setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ready-to-submit regulatory dossiers including Labelling, CMC sections, renewals and site registrations.
• Manage artworks using Vista and VistaVac tools.
• Update and monitor regulatory activities in databases such as Veeva Vault.
• Prepare administrative documents related to PoA and CPP.
• Ensure all documents are accurately translated in compliance with Health Authority requirements.
• Maintain regulatory compliance for products in line with country-specific requirements.
• Adhere to internal and external requirements, procedures and tools.
• Collaborate with the company to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
