Job summary

Personnel Search Services Group is seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs professional to lead registrations, approvals and lifecycle management across UAE and GCC. The role involves coordinating with regional and global teams, authorities and internal stakeholders to support product launches and ongoing compliance.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in Regulatory Affairs, strong experience with UAE health authorities, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within pharma, healthcare, medical devices, cosmetics or consumer health.
Strong hands-on experience in registrations, renewals and lifecycle management across UAE and GCC.
Experience with UAE health authorities (MOHAP, DoH, DHA) and regulatory inspections will be an advantage.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage regulatory registrations, renewals, variations, and approvals across UAE and GCC.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain licenses and documentation.
Oversee labeling, artwork, and regulatory documentation.
Develop regulatory strategies for new product registrations and launches.
Monitor regulatory changes and implement across the organization.
Coordinate with manufacturing, technology transfers, and localisation initiatives.
Lead launch readiness with cross-functional teams and engage health authorities.
Provide regulatory guidance for business development and market expansion.
