Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Associate to manage end-to-end regulatory submissions and lifecycle maintenance across medicines, medical devices, cosmetics, and food items in the UAE. The role partners with principal companies and internal teams to ensure timely approvals and uninterrupted product supply.

You will oversee submissions to UAE authorities, track renewal timelines, coordinate Module 1 preparation, and maintain regulatory trackers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (mandatory).
• 2–3 years of Regulatory Affairs experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory pathways and authority expectations.
• Excellent planning, organization, and documentation discipline.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good computer skills and ability to manage multiple trackers/submissions in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end regulatory submissions across multiple product categories in the UAE.
• Coordinate Module 1 preparation with principal companies per UAE requirements.
• Track renewal timelines to avoid delays and ensure continuity of importation/supply.
• Handle MAH and manufacturing site registrations/variations as applicable.
• Circulate approval certificates and maintain regulatory trackers.
• Respond to authority comments and coordinate timely resubmissions.
• Monitor regulatory updates and communicate impact to the portfolio.
• Provide cross-functional support and assist urgent regulatory cases.
