Job summary

Mediclinic International seeks a seasoned Nursing Lead for Al Ain Hospital to drive patient-centric, evidence-based care and strong team leadership. You will guide clinical practice, manage resources, and promote a positive patient experience in a high-standard private hospital environment.

The role requires at least 5 years of nursing experience with senior-level responsibilities, BLS/ACLS credentials, and proficiency in regulatory standards, financials, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognised or accredited Nursing Institute
• valid BLS and ACLS certificate
• 5+ years nursing experience, preferably in a private hospital or clinic
• At least 2 years' senior nursing experience is desired
• Demonstrate the ability to implement all five stages of the Scientific Nursing Process (assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation and evaluation)
• Relevant JCIA and other governance and regulatory standards
• Application of the nursing scope of practices as per the regulatory framework
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Financial management principles
• Risk management principles, systems and best practice
• Stock control principles and management
• Verbal and written communication skills in English

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
