Job summary

Astra Tech in Abu Dhabi seeks a highly experienced Senior Cybersecurity Architect/Engineer specializing in Offensive Security, Red Team operations, AI Security, and Enterprise Security Architecture. The role combines hands-on security engineering with designing and validating enterprise-wide security controls across cloud-native environments, applications, infrastructure, and AI-enabled platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on cybersecurity engineering or architecture experience.
• At least 5 years leading offensive security engagements or Red Team operations.
• Experience coordinating Red, Blue, and Purple Team activities.
• Strong knowledge of attack techniques (SQL injection, XSS, SSRF, RCE, IDOR).
• Experience with Windows and Linux enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with offensive security tools (Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Nessus).
• Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD security, container security, and IaC scanning.
• Strong cloud security architecture knowledge (Azure preferred; AWS/multi-cloud beneficial).
• Experience designing AI security controls for LLM apps and AI platforms.
• Ability to lead complex security projects from architecture to delivery.
