Job summary

Nationwide Middle East Properties in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Real Estate Sales Advisor with 1–2 years of sales experience to join our growing team. You will prospect clients, conduct property consultations, and present listings to drive closing deals.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, benefit from strong marketing support, visa and medical insurance, and uncapped commission potential as you build a network of buyers and tenants in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven sales experience (UAE/Abu Dhabi market preferred).
• Strong sales acumen with negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Client acquisition & networking: prospect and generate leads.
• Property consultations: advise on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal basics.
• Viewings & presentations: arrange property viewings and present features effectively.
• Target achievement: meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Sales techniques: apply objections handling and closing strategies.
• Market research: stay updated on Abu Dhabi market trends and competitors.
• Client relations: maintain high service levels and secure referrals.
