Job summary

KBR Senior RBI Engineer is sought to support offshore asset integrity by developing, implementing, and maintaining RBI programs across facilities. The role requires collaboration with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize inspection intervals and ensure compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate brings deep RBI experience, offshore facility knowledge, and leadership capabilities to mentor junior engineers and contribute to turnarounds and integrity reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Metallurgical/Materials Eng or related field.
• Minimum 15 years in Inspection, Asset Integrity, Corrosion, or RBI Eng within Oil & Gas facilities.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on RBI assessment experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain RBI assessments for offshore facilities per API 580/581.
• Perform integrity assessments and develop inspection plans and corrosion control programs.
• Evaluate corrosion threats and perform remaining life assessments; support MOC processes.
