AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Project Director for rail infrastructure in Dubai. Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex construction programs on time and within budget.

The role requires 20+ years in construction with 7+ years in rail, strong client engagement, and safety leadership to manage stakeholders and contractor performance.

You will drive planning, risk, and commercial aspects while upholding top health and safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and reporting skills to engage with senior executives.
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and client expectations.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams on large projects.
• Deep understanding of construction techniques, controls and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead plan and direct multidisciplinary teams in the successful delivery of rail projects.
• Manage all aspects of project execution including safety, quality, schedule and cost control.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure contractual obligations.
• Oversee coordination and management of large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Ensure resource allocation meets current and future project demands.
• Ensure the highest standards of Health & Safety on all construction activities.
