Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Construction Director to lead the delivery of a major Rail project in Dubai. The role encompasses leadership, contractual and commercial management, and delivery excellence aligned with client and company objectives.

You will oversee enabling works across rail corridors, stations, depots, viaducts, bridges, and tunnels, coordinating with authorities, designers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure safe, on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Leadership and direction for major rail enabling works projects.
• Strong coordination with authorities, designers, contractors and clients.
• Experience in managing utilities relocation and diversion schemes.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for rail infrastructure enabling works.
• Lead enabling works across rail corridors, stations, depots, bridges and tunnels.
• Coordinate utility diversion strategies with authorities and designers.
• Ensure compliance with IFC drawings, standards and contract requirements.
• Monitor progress against baseline programmes and milestones.
