Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group is seeking a Power & SCADA Design Expert to support major rail and transportation projects in the United Arab Emirates. You will lead design, engineering, and integration of railway power supply and SCADA systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of modern rail networks.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years of experience, exposure to Metro/HSR/LRT/APM projects, and strong coordination across multidisciplinary teams in an international consultancy setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Power/Control Systems or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of experience in railway power supply design, SCADA engineering, and electrical systems integration.
• Experience delivering Metro, Railway, HSR, LRT, or APM projects and familiarity with international railway standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and engineering of railway power supply systems (traction and auxiliary).
• Develop Power & SCADA designs for Metro, Railway, HSR, LRT, and APM projects.
• Prepare system architecture, single-line diagrams, technical specifications, and engineering docs.
• Coordinate with signalling, communications, track, civil, MEP, and systems integration teams.
• Ensure compliance with IEC/IEEE/EN standards and project requirements.
• Participate in interface management, design reviews, testing and commissioning planning.
