Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 8 years of planning and scheduling experience on rail/infrastructure projects, preferably in the Gulf.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of industry best practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review and convey Engineer’s consent to the Contractors’ Baseline schedule of works in line with Contract conditions, and using Parsons Recommended Practices.
• Validate compatibility of project resources for timely completion of the project.
• Develop a Master Schedule integrating multiple packages with interdependencies.
• Evaluate planning information from updated/progress schedules and identify delays with mitigation actions.
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations showing milestones and program analysis.
• Coordinate with contractor and Employer to resolve scheduling issues and Claims discussions.
