Atkins Realis Group is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our team for projects across the UAE. The role involves post-contract commercial administration, re-measurement, interim/final accounts, and cost reporting on high-profile developments.

Applicants should have a degree in Quantity Surveying, 5+ years post-degree experience, and familiarity with FIDIC contracts. CostX or similar QS software knowledge is required, with strong English writing and presentation skills as essential

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university.
• Minimum 5 years post-degree experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Experience in one or both sectors high rise office or residential.
• FIDIC contracts experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CostX or similar QS software.
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent English language technical writing ability.
