Qualifications

• 5 to 6 years of experience in a similar position in Roads and Infrastructure projects only.
• Experience in post contract quantity surveying services.
• Proven ability in providing reports and commercial information.

Responsibilities

• Understands the Contract documents and various standard forms of Contract.
• Prepares various Payment Applications based on work done.
• Liaises with Client/Consultant for the release of Payment Certificates.
• Identifies, notifies, and submits all Variations/Value Engineering proposals.
• Maintains logs for subcontractor’s payments, variations, claims, and contra charges.
• Visits the project site regularly to monitor material wastage and resources.
