Qualifications

• 5 to 6 years of experience in a similar position in Roads and Infrastructure projects only.
• Experience in post contract quantity surveying services.
• Proven ability in providing reports and commercial information.

Responsibilities

• Understands the Contract documents and various standard forms of Contract.
• Undertakes quantities take-off as per the standard method of measurement.
• Prepares various Payment Applications based on work done with detailed measurements.
• Liaises with Client/Consultant for the release of Payment Certificates.
• Identifies and submits Variations/Value Engineering/Claims as per the Contract.
