Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our UAE team and work on newly awarded projects across sectors and locations within the UAE.

You will perform post-contract commercial administration, re-measurement, and interim/final account assessments, with a focus on cost control and compliant reporting. A background in high-rise/residential sectors and familiarity with FIDIC contracts are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Experience with FIDIC contracts preferred.
• Knowledge of Cost X or similar QS software is required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Proven English language technical writing ability and skills.

Responsibilities

• Post-Contract Commercial Administration including re-measurement, interim and final accounts.
• Assess payment applications, variations and contractor claims; manage provisional sums and prime costs.
• Handle insurances, bonds and attend design and commercial meetings.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and ensure alignment with client and project requirements.
• Maintain compliance with FIDIC-based contracts and project governance.
