Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our UAE team on newly awarded projects across sectors. The role covers post‑contract commercial administration, re‑measurement, and cost reporting to support timely project delivery.

Candidate should have a degree in Quantity Surveying, 5+ years post‑degree experience, strong English writing skills, and CostX proficiency. UAE experience with a consultant/client background is preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years post-degree experience in contracts and commercial management.
Experience in high-rise office or residential sectors.
Consultant and/or client background for at least 4 years.
Strong English technical writing ability and skills.

Responsibilities

Post-contract commercial administration including re-measurement, interim and final accounts.
Prepare monthly cost reports and assess variations and contractor claims.
Manage provisional sums, prime costs, insurances and bonds.
Attend design and commercial meetings and support project teams.
