Job summary

C-QUEST, part of KEO Allied Practice, seeks a Quantity Surveyor in Dubai to manage cost, contracts, and financial control on large-scale mixed-use projects. You will work with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to keep costs within budget.

Candidates should have 5–10 years post-qualification experience in cost consultancy; a Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying and MRICS or equivalent is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years post-qualification experience in cost consultancy.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying; MRICS desirable.
• Experience with pre- and post-contract management on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budget and provide cost reports to client and team.
• Oversee procurement documents, tendering, and contractor selection.
• Implement and manage FIDIC contracts, review conditions, manage variations and disputes.
