Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in landscaping, swimming pools, water features, and external works in Dubai. You will prepare detailed cost estimates, manage BOQs, and support procurement and contract administration for premium exterior projects.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of UAE experience, proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD, and familiarity with CostX or Candy. This full-time position offers visa, health benefits, and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• 6–10 years of Quantity Surveying experience within the UAE.
• Experience in landscaping (softscape & hardscape), swimming pools, water features and related external works.
• Proficiency in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, measurement standards and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for landscape, swimming pool, water feature and related external works.
• Review drawings, specifications and documents to prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs.
• Develop project cost plans and obtain quotations from suppliers as required.
• Prepare tender documentation, bid analyses, and support subcontractor selection.
• Administer subcontract agreements, manage variations and final accounts.
• Conduct site measurements and verify quantities, maintaining records of usage.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts and cost-to-complete analyses.
