Our well-established client in the Interior Design & Fit‑Out Industry is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in landscaping, swimming pools, water features, and related external works. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable organization delivering premium landscape, pool, and exterior development projects across the UAE.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for landscape, swimming pool, water feature, and related external works. Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs). Perform quantity take-offs for softscape, hardscape, irrigation, swimming pools, water features, pergolas, gazebos, shade structures, outdoor furniture, carpentry, finishes, and associated MEP works. Develop project cost plans using current UAE market rates. Obtain quotations from suppliers and vendors as required.
Prepare tender documentation, pricing schedules, and commercial submissions. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for technical and commercial compliance. Prepare bid comparison reports and support subcontractor selection. Assist with value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
Prepare and administer subcontract agreements. Manage variations, change orders, and commercial claims. Monitor project costs against approved budgets. Prepare interim valuations, payment certificates, and final accounts.
Conduct site measurements and verify work progress. Coordinate with project and site teams to validate quantities. Maintain accurate records of completed works and material usage.
Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and cost-to-complete analyses. Maintain organized commercial documentation and records. Provide commercial support during project meetings and advise on cost implications.
