Job summary

Leaders Fort LLC. is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee all contractual and commercial aspects of projects in the UAE. You will manage costs, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with contracts and company policies.

The role requires 7–10 years of construction contracting experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and UAE familiarity. Proficiency in MS Excel will support accurate cost reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in construction contracting.
• Strong experience in contracts management and commercial administration.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
• Experience with claims, variations, and final accounts.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel for commercial reporting.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
