Parsons in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead and manage commercial and contractual activities on major road and infrastructure projects.

The role requires MRICS status, 15+ years of experience, and strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams. You will oversee tendering, payments, variations, and risk management while maintaining high standards of cost control and integrity.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in prime contract administration on major roads and large infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying.
• MRICS membership is required.
• Strong written and oral communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CESMM, FIDIC and related standards.

Responsabilidades

• Manage contractual and commercial correspondence.
• Handle cost reports, variations, claims, and logs.
• Coordinate with clients and supervision teams on commercial matters.
• Review BOQ recapitulation and monthly financial reports.
• Prepare/ review tender documents and variation/change orders.
• Support cost planning, cost control functions, and claims evaluation.
• Draft and review contractual letters.
• Guide junior QS on measurement principles.
