The role requires 8–12+ years of experience (4–5 in UAE/GCC) with MRICS preferred, and advanced proficiency in CostX, Candy, AutoCAD, Excel, and ERP systems.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Commercial Management.
• MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent preferred.
• 8-12+ years of relevant experience, with 4-5 years in UAE/GCC market managing large-scale projects.
• In-depth knowledge of FIDIC contracts, POMI/NRM2/CESMM4, and local frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in CostX, Candy, AutoCAD, Excel, and ERP systems.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills in English.

Aufgaben

• Commercial & cost management including BOQ, cost plans, and monthly reports.
• Administer FIDIC contracts and advise on risk and rights.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement and tender evaluation.
• Evaluate variations, claims, EOT costs, and final accounts.
• Prepare IPAs, verify payments, and monitor cash flow.
• Conduct cost audits and support dispute resolution when needed.
