Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY in Abu Dhabi invites a senior Quantity Surveyor with Gulf EPC exposure to manage cost control for large-scale projects. Responsibilities include invoicing, BOQ preparation, cost reporting, and contract interpretation.

Requires a Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, MRICS/RICS preferred, 8–10 years in QS roles within construction, and Gulf experience; age limits may apply for senior roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• MRICS or RICS certification highly preferred for credibility.
• 8–10 years of relevant quantity surveying experience in construction.
• Experience on large-scale commercial or residential projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly invoices for remeasured item rates per contract.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities for tender and post-award works.
• Preparing measurement preambles as necessary to suit the project requirements.
• Interpretation of Contract Terms and conditions.
• Preparation of Claims variation and assist estimation team for technical commercial bid preparation.
