The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and has 8+ years UAE interior fit-out experience, strong cost control skills, Excel proficiency, and excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years UAE experience in interior fit-out/joinery projects with a post‑contract focus.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, variations, and contract administration.
• Proficient in MS Excel and cost management software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
