Job summary

Innovo Group in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management of construction projects. You will perform take-offs, evaluate invoices, prepare interim payments and variations, and mentor QS staff on a project basis.

Ideal candidates have a Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Eng degree, 4+ years of QS experience, and strong contract administration knowledge (FIDIC). Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD is required, with excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of solid experience in construction quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration (FIDIC, local standards).
• Proficiency in QS software (Excel, AutoCAD) and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier invoices.
• Prepare interim payments and commercial documentation.
• Prepare variation assessments and ensure contractual compliance.
• Guide and mentor quantity surveying engineers.
• Collaborate with planning, procurement and site teams to ensure cost efficiency.
• Maintain well-documented records for contractual purposes.
