Landmark Group’s Homecentre is seeking a Manager - Quality in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on strategic and tactical leadership to implement a company-wide quality strategy, ensuring product quality, cost and delivery excellence.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in furniture quality management and will oversee Quality and Compliance across operations. The position requires guiding teams, driving process improvements, and coordinating with suppliers to minimize defects and optimize the supply chain.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in Furniture Quality management.

Responsibilities

• Strategy, Development and Task management: Manage quality/compliance initiatives and lead Quality Management system development.
• Ensure quality strategies, compliance and processes meet business objectives including price, quality and delivery targets.
• Monitor KPIs and drive Lean and Continuous Improvement across the Quality function.
