Job summary

Home Centre Landmark group is seeking a Manager- Planning in Dubai to lead the planning team (Kids/Household/Furniture) and drive long-term strategy across departments. The role requires strategic oversight of stock flow, budgets, and collaboration with buying, supply chain, marketing and VM to deliver efficiencies and improved customer experience.

Responsibilities include seasonal and in-season management, budget preparation, and minimizing stockouts while achieving sales and margin targets.

Qualifications

• Post graduate or Graduate, 8+ years relevant experience, of which at least 3 years in home retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the planning department and ensure stock flow aligns with sales targets.
• Develop and manage seasonal and annual budgets aligned with the Home Centre strategy.
• Collaborate with Buying, Supply Chain, Marketing and VM to improve efficiencies and processes.
• Lead system enhancements with Concept planning and LMIT to improve planning efficiency.
• Prepare and monitor budgets and ensure financial targets such as sales, profit and margin are met.
• Ensure availability on critical lines across territories with effective stockholding and replenishment.
