Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology (Dubai division) seeks an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer to uphold top construction quality standards on high-rise projects, including a 30-floor development. The role centers on implementing QA/QC procedures, conducting on-site audits, and ensuring compliance with specifications.

You will review method statements and ITPs, coordinate with PMs and subcontractors, and maintain rigorous records while leading training to boost awareness of quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in QA/QC engineering within the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing QA/QC for large-scale construction projects; excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and policies in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.

High Rise Building Experience with 30 floors.
