Job summary

Confidential in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Senior QA/QC Engineer to join our project team. You will develop and implement QA/QC procedures, conduct on-site inspections, review method statements and ITPs, and collaborate with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to enforce quality standards.

You will lead QA/QC for high-rise construction, ensure ISO compliance, maintain records, and deliver management reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
10+ years in QA/QC in construction, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
Experience managing QA/QC for large-scale construction projects.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and policies.
Conduct regular inspections and audits on-site to ensure compliance.
Review and approve quality control documentation, including ITPs.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors on quality issues.
Maintain accurate records of QA/QC activities and prepare reports.
Lead quality training sessions and workshops for project personnel.
Stay updated with industry best practices and regulations.
