Binghatti, UAE’s leading luxury real estate developer, seeks a Senior QA & Automation Engineer to drive quality across enterprise applications, CRM, mobile apps, APIs and integrations. You will build automated test frameworks, coordinate UAT, and ensure production readiness, partnering with product, business users and developers.

The role requires hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium and Appium, strong coding skills in Python/Java/C#, and deep knowledge of API testing and CI/CD.

Qualificações

• 5–8+ years of QA with strong test automation experience.
• Experience with Playwright, Selenium and Appium.
• Programming skills in Python, Java or C#.
• Strong API testing knowledge: REST/SOAP, Postman, Swagger.
• Experience with Jira/Xray, Confluence and test management tools.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools, preferably Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
• Good SQL/database validation knowledge.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Excellent communication with business users and stakeholders.
• UAT coordination, user support and training experience.

Responsabilidades

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior QA & Automation Engineer to drive quality assurance across enterprise applications, CRM, mobile applications, APIs, and integrations. This role combines test automation, functional QA, UAT coordination, business-user engagement, and training to ensure solutions are tested, adopted, and successfully delivered to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test frameworks for web, mobile and API applications using Playwright, Selenium and Appium.
• Plan and execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, API and performance testing across applications and releases.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Users and Developers to understand requirements, define test scenarios and validate business processes.
• Coordinate and support UAT with business users, including test planning, user coordination, issue tracking, retesting and sign-off.
• Act as a key point of contact for users during testing, release and post-production stabilization, helping resolve functional queries and clarify system behaviour.
• Prepare and maintain test cases, test scripts, test data, defect logs and traceability using Jira/Xray or equivalent tools.
• Conduct user training, system demonstrations and knowledge-transfer sessions for new features and application releases.
• Prepare user-facing materials including training guides, quick reference guides, FAQs and release notes.
• Perform API, integration and database validation using Postman, Swagger, RestAssured and SQL.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Establish reusable automation components, regression suites, QA standards and reporting to improve release quality and reduce manual effort.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives, providing QA inputs and release readiness assessments.
• Use GenAI/AI-assisted tools where appropriate for test case generation, automation scripting, defect analysis, and QA productivity.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8+ years of experience in QA with strong hands-on test automation experience.
• Strong experience with Playwright, Selenium and/or Appium.
• Good programming skills in Python, Java or C#.
• Strong knowledge of API testing, REST/SOAP, Postman and Swagger.
• Experience with Jira/Xray, Confluence and test management tools.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools, preferably Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database validation.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Good communication skills and ability to work directly with business users and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in UAT coordination, user support and application training.

Job Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce / CRM applications.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion / Oracle EBS.
• Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
• Mobile application testing across iOS and Android.
• Performance testing using JMeter.
• Experience with Azure Cloud / DevOps.
• Knowledge of GenAI/LLM-assisted QA and automation.
• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
