Parsons in Dubai, UAE, seeks an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead contract administration and commercial activities on large infrastructure projects. The role involves managing cost reports, variations, and pay certificates, and coordinating with clients and the supervision team.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering/Construction Management/Quantity Surveying degree, 15+ years of prime contract experience, and familiarity with CESMM and FIDIC standards. MRICS is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management/ Quantity Surveying (or related field).
• Professional MRICS membership preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in prime contract administration for major roads/large infrastructure projects.

Mansioni

• Manage contractual and commercial correspondence.
• Handle cost reports, variations, and claims.
• Maintain payment, variation, and claims logs; coordinate with clients and supervision team.
• Review BOQ recapitulation and monthly financial reports; approve interim and final measurements.
