Senior QC & Welding Inspector – Oil & Gas (ADNOC)

Job summary

ADVANCO Engineering & Technical Solutions in the UAE is seeking an experienced QC – Welding Inspector with strong Oil & Gas and ADNOC project experience to support quality and inspection activities.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in Oil & Gas construction, CSWIP 3.1 or AWS-CWI certification, and familiarity with ASME, API, AWS and ADNOC standards. Immediate mobilization preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, including ADNOC projects.
• Experience in Construction and Source Inspection activities.
• CSWIP 3.1 or AWS-CWI certification is mandatory.
• Familiarity with ASME, API, AWS and ADNOC specifications/standards.
• Experience in reviewing welding and inspection documentation (ITPs, WIRs, NCRs).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with construction, fabrication, engineering, QA/QC, subcontractor and client inspection teams to ensure welding and fabrication activities meet procedures, drawings, specs and ADNOC requirements.
• Review and approve welding and inspection documentation and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with ITPs, WIRs, NCRs and quality procedures on site.
