Job summary

SAMSUNG E&A seeks a Senior QC Engineer (Electrical) to lead quality activities on Oil & Gas projects in the UAE. You will plan ITPs, schedule inspections and tests, and supervise inspectors to ensure compliance with NEC/IEC and project specs.

Requirements include 8+ years in QC roles on oil/gas or petrochemical sites and 15+ years combined QC/inspector experience, GCC exposure, and certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor or COMPEX/TEX. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering.
• 8+ years in QC roles on Oil & Gas projects.
• 15+ years combined QC/inspector experience.
• Experience in GCC region.
• ISO Lead Auditor or COMPEX/TEX certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan quality activities per discipline per QMS.
• Develop and implement Inspection Test Plans (ITP).
• Inspect, test and supervise inspectors across disciplines.
• Coordinate with clients for quality issues and NCRs.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and reporting.
