Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field.
• 10+ years of QA/QC inspections experience on projects from start to finish.
• Experience in oil/gas, petrochemical, or power plants.
• GCC region working experience in engineering & construction.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement and develop quality management systems at project sites.
• Lead quality meetings with client and subcontractors and coordinate audits.
• Prepare quality plans, perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
• Mentor team members and ensure compliance with project requirements and ISO 9001.
