Job summary

Samsung E&A is seeking a senior quality inspector-lead to plan and oversee quality activities for major capital projects. You will develop ITPs, assign tasks to inspectors, and drive risk management while coordinating with multiple disciplines.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in construction quality, GCC project exposure, and NDT Level II or higher certification, with strong leadership and communication skills for effective client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant field.
• 15+ years of direct experience in inspection of capital projects quality.
• Experience in oil/gas/petrochemical or power plants.
• Engineering & Construction company GCC experience.
• Certification in NDT Level II or higher.

Responsibilities

• Establish inspection plans and matrices to control quality activities.
• Lead inspectors and coordinate cross-discipline quality efforts.
• Promote risk management and document lessons learned and corrective actions.
• Liaise with clients on quality issues, NCRs, and observations.
• Ensure welding and NDT procedures, codes, and documentation are applied.
