Job summary

Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T Construction) in Dubai is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead all quality assurance and quality control activities on a major RTA roads and infrastructure project. The candidate will ensure works comply with drawings, project specifications and authority standards while guiding QA/QC teams.

The role requires 15–20 years of QA/QC experience in civil infrastructure, strong knowledge of ISO 9001, and leadership to drive continuous improvement and successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 15–20 years of QA/QC experience on roads, bridges, or major civil/EPC projects.
• Experience on UAE/GCC RTA road projects in Dubai preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and testing standards.
• Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan and QC procedures.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, drawings, and method statements.
• Lead QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and laboratory staff.
• Coordinate material inspections and testing with consultants.
• Manage NCRs, audits, and corrective actions.
• Maintain calibration records and quality documentation.
• Prepare quality reports and handover documentation.
