You will inspect earthworks, foundations, roads and equipment pads, coordinate with teams and subcontractors, and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation and NCRs. The role includes supporting audits and project handover activities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Solar PV, BESS, infrastructure or EPC projects.
• Good knowledge of civil construction inspection and QA/QC documentation.
• Experience in ground-mounted Solar PV projects preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / Quality Management Systems; relevant QA/QC certification preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Implement QA/QC requirements for civil construction activities in line with approved drawings, project specifications, ITPs, quality procedures and contractual requirements.
• Perform inspections for earthworks, grading, excavation, backfilling, foundations, cable trenches, drainage, roads, fencing and equipment foundations/pads.
• Coordinate inspections and testing with construction teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Identify and document non-conformances (NCRs) and coordinate corrective actions through closure.
• Maintain quality documentation including inspection reports, test results, material approvals and compliance certificates.
• Monitor subcontractor and supplier quality performance and support quality audits.
• Prepare quality reports and monitor relevant quality KPIs.
• Ensure QA/QC documentation is maintained for project handover and close-out.
