The role leads audits, manages QA/QC risks, reviews NCRs, and drives continuous improvement within GP&E. Requires 12+ years in Oil & Gas project quality management and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent is required.
• 12 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects focusing on Project Quality Management.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is desirable.
• Certifications in welding, coating, corrosion protection, AWS, TWI, NACE, API are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop project QA/QC standards and procedures based on ISO and ADNOC practices.
• Lead audits, reviews, and verifications to ensure QA/QC conformance.
• Manage QA/QC risk registers and non-conformance reporting.
• Support third‑party inspection framework and ensure effective contractor QA/QC outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project quality competency and learning materials.
