Job summary

ValueLabs is seeking a skilled Python Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on developing robust web frameworks, backend services for datasets, and data transformations to support data-driven applications.

Proficiency in Python, web frameworks, data processing, and database management is essential. The candidate will work with microservices, implement secure APIs, and contribute to observable, scalable software architectures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of development and design experience in Python API development and integration of services.
• Experience in creating framework to create observable, scalable, extensible applications and APIs.
• Excellent knowledge on Micro Services and MongoDB and data handling.
• Hands on experience in performance tuning, debugging and monitoring.
• Good exposure on all phases of software Development Life cycle.
• Knowledge on microservices architecture, containerization, Docker and Kubernetes is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Core Python: Proficient in Python, with Flask/FastAPI for RESTful APIs and asyncio for async programming.
• Security Best Practices: Implement authentication, authorization, and encryption for microservices using OAuth/JWT and API gateways.
