Qualifications

• 6–7 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Personal care industry experience is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with raw material sourcing and supplier management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP procurement processes.
• Experience in purchase order execution, inventory planning, and supply chain coordination.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in raw material sourcing, supplier negotiations, and procurement processes, preferably within the personal care industry. The selected professional will work closely with Planning, Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams to maintain efficient purchasing operations and avoid stock shortages.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials.
• Execute purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of required materials.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
