Job summary

Naturelle is seeking an experienced Procurement Leader to manage raw material sourcing, supplier relationships, and PO execution for our manufacturing operations in UAE. You will work with planning, production, and quality teams to prevent stock-outs and ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires 6–7 years in procurement or supply chain in manufacturing or FMCG, strong SAP/ERP skills, and excellent negotiation and analytical abilities. Willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia if needed is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 6–7 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain within manufacturing or FMCG.
• Proven experience managing raw material procurement and supplier relationships.
• Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of raw materials aligned with production and business needs.
• Issue, track, and manage purchase orders to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supplier agreements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm orders and shipments.
• Monitor material availability with Planning, Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams to prevent stock-outs.
• Maintain procurement records and supplier master data in SAP/ERP systems.
• Resolve supplier issues including delays, shortages, and quality concerns.
• Identify alternate suppliers and support supplier qualification activities.
• Track supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare procurement reports and open PO trackers for management review.
