Job summary

WRCleaningServices is seeking an experienced Public Health Program Manager to oversee community health initiatives, coordinate program implementation, and drive measurable outcomes. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and ensure programs align with organizational goals.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement across public and private partners in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences, or related field preferred.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Experience in public health program management or related coordination roles.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and manage public health programs aligned with organizational goals and community needs.
• Oversee program implementation, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, government agencies, community organizations, and stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure effective collaboration across program activities.
• Monitor program performance, define KPIs, and evaluate outcomes.
• Analyze public health data to identify trends and guide program improvements.
• Develop program proposals, implementation plans, reports, and presentations for management.
• Manage program budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Ensure adherence to policies, ethics, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee community outreach and health education campaigns.
